YOU: Is your website secure?
Oh, yes, MRF takes website security issues very seriously and uses the latest industry-standard SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption to protect your personal information. Please notice the small pad-lock icon in the locked position that will appear in the lower- right corner or upper-right corner of your browser during each of the pages of the checkout process.
YOU: I want a tee now. Right now! How can I pay?
PAYPAL, plus credit cards: VISA, MASTERCAD, AMERICAN! If you want to pay with a credit card choose "PAYPAL" as your payment option and you will be redirected to the paypal site where you can pay with the above mentioned credit cards (and don't have to have a paypal account!) Cool new feature by PAYPAL! We are thrilled!
YOU: How do I track my order?
To track your order you must first be logged in to your My Radio Fashion account (use LOGIN/REGISTER button). Once you are logged in, you can go to your My Account page to view your order history. Once there, simply click on the "My Oders" link to view order status. You can also track the status of your order by clicking on link that was included in your order order confirmation email.
YOU: How do I use a discount code?
If you have a referral or discount code, you can enter it during the first step of the checkout process. Once you enter the code, click the "Apply Discount" button to receive your discount.
YOU: Can I reserve a shirt using my shopping bag?
Unfortunately, you can't but you can put it on your WISHLIST so you don't forget abou it till the next time. But beware that if the item in your wishlist is sold out, we can't do anything about it, just put a sad smile on our face ;( Placing a shirt in your bag does not mean that you will be able to buy it at a later date. If you have a shirt in your shopping bag and it sells out before you finish checking out, you will be notified in the checkout process and the shirt will be removed from you cart.
YOU: Can I make changes to my order after it has already been placed?
Once an order is submitted through our website, it is usually not possible to make changes to the order. We do our best to pull and ship orders as quickly as possible which makes these types of changes very difficult. You can always contact us at helpme@myradiofashion.com to request a change to your order, and we will see if we can catch it before it ships.
YOU: How do I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, simply email helpme@myradiofashion.com to request the cancellation of your order. Please be sure to include the ORDER # in either the subject line or body of your email. If your order has already shipped, you will be given instructions on how to return the order to us. Once we receive your order back to our warehouse, your credit card will be refunded less the original shipping charges.
YOU: Can I come buy shirts directly from your warehouse?
That would be nice, wouldn't it? To have a glass o wine together and chat but unfortunately this is not yet possible but we are working on it!
YOU: I heard I can send a gift plus personalize the message for each gift?
Ta-daaaa!!! Many of you had this wish so we made it happen!
How does this work?
1. SHIP THE GIFT TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS
Example: you want to buy 5 items and you want to send 2 of them as a gift. Choose "multiple addresses" underneath PROCEED TO CHECKOUT and write all the custom addresses next to every item.
2. PERSONALIZED MESSAGES
You can send a personalized message for every gift. During the checkout process, under SHIPPING METHOD "Write your personalized message
you should check the box ADD MESSAGE and then write your message.
T-SHIRTS: the message will be printed (FOR FREE) at the back of the T-shirt (on the inside, underneath the neck). WORD LIMIT: 7!
OTHER ITEMS: The message will be printed (FOR FREE) on a nice "Radio is beautiful" postcard. WORD LIMIT: 100!
YOU: Tell me everything about SHIPPING!
We completely understand you want your t-shirt, hoody, … ASAP, right? Well, we are working our bu**s off to make the delivery ASAP, so you can expect to receive your radio treasure in a box within 7-10 working days* all over Europe and 14-21 working days** everywhere else around the world! That’s cool!!! Otherwise, the shipping costs is a flat fee: 4 EUR for Europe and 8 EUR USA and the rest of the world. Please note, there is NO tracking yet offered with this service.
YOU: What about Free Shipping? SHIPPING IS FREE if you SPREAD THE RADIO LOVE!
Radio is a great medium. You know it and we know it. Now we got to let others know it too. Yes we do! ;) So, here is the magic trick. For every package over 39 EUR (after discounts are applied). When you buy a T-shirt for yourself and for a friend, colleague, neighbour, family member, lover, ex-boyfriend, husband’s secretary, wife’s hairdresser, …you get the picture… (haha) we give you shipping for free!
PLEASE NOTE 1: Free shipping applies to orders within the EU with a subtotal of EUR 40 or more (after discounts are applied). If your order qualifies for free shipping, you can select the free shipping option presented at checkout. International orders (USA, etc) are for now not yet eligible for free shipping.
PLEASE NOTE 2: THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS FEES, IMPORT DUTIES, OR TAXES THAT MAY BE IMPOSED BY YOUR COUNTRY’S CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT.
YOU: Will there be customs fees applied to my international order?
International orders may have additional fees applied to them by the receiving country's (your country's) customs agency. Unfortunately, My Radio Fashion has nothing to do with these fees and is not able to estimate fees or determine whether or not there will be any. To learn more about your country's customs fees and any other import duties/taxes, we recommend contacting your country's customs agency.

YOU: How do your shirts fit?
Our shirts tend to fit in between a basic fit tee and a slim fit. You can check out the size chart of each T-shirt in the "T-shirt gallery". Please note that the measurements we give in our size charts have a variance of +/- 1 inch.
YOU: How should I wash MyRF tees? Will they shrink a lot?
Generally, cotton shrinks when it is washed. Of course with either type of shirt, you will see the least amount of shrinkage if you wash the shirt in cold water and hang it up to dry. On the other hand, you will see the most amount of shrinkage if you wash your shirt in hot water and dry it on the hottest dryer setting. Typically you may experience shrinkage of 3-5 percent in both the length and width after wash with our 100% cotton tee.

Our dear friends, we are more than happy do accept exchanges and returns. Why should we make a fuss about it? If you don’t like what you are holding in your hands, if you find something else in our shop that seems perfect, it is all right by us. Yet, there is a few fine print remarks:
- we accept only unworn/unwashed clothes (no exceptions)
- Exchanges must be made for products of equal or lesser value.
- The time limit for exchanges and returns is within 45 days of the day of purchase (90 if the package is send outside of Europe).
You email us your purchase order number at return@myradiofashion.com, tell us what is wrong and we guide you through the process.
YOU: Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to a mistake on our part (ie. we shipped you the wrong shirt or the shirt has a defect), we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs as long as you use a standard shipping method. If you are returning a shirt because you are not happy with it or want to exchange it for a different shirt, then you are responsible for the shipping costs. Before you ship anything back to us, please email returns@myradiofashion.com first so we can provide you with complete return instructions. Also, make sure you include your order # in the email.
Q: How long does it take for my return to be processed?
Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to process your return.
